Minninnooka Partnership & Sponsorship

Partner with something
that genuinely
matters.

Minninnooka is a development pathway for young people — building confidence, responsibility, resilience and real opportunities through structured equestrian development in Surrey. Sponsorship directly funds the training, competition and experiences that shape a young rider's future.

Talent is not the only thing that shapes a rider's future.

Why partner with Minninnooka

The fastest developing riders are not always the most naturally gifted. They are the riders who spend more time around horses, receive consistent coaching and have the opportunity to compete, travel and test themselves in varied situations — at the right time, with the right support around them.

Competition entries, pitch hire, specialist coaching and camps all cost money. For many talented young riders and their families, these costs create a ceiling on how far development can go — regardless of ability or dedication. Sponsorship removes that ceiling.

"You are not simply sponsoring a rider. You are helping a young person gain confidence, skills, responsibility and opportunities that will stay with them for life."

What your partnership funds

Junior tournament entries. Training pitch hire. Squad development sessions. Specialist coaching. Development camps. Educational workshops. Horse development opportunities. Real experiences that change trajectories.

Visibility and connection

Reach a highly engaged equestrian community in Surrey. Brand placement on kit, social media, events and competitions. A genuine story to tell — not just a logo on a banner.

What your partnership builds

Confidence. Responsibility. Resilience. Teamwork. Communication. Self-belief. Skills that extend far beyond the yard and remain with young people throughout their lives — in education, in careers and in everything they do.

Corporate experiences

Sponsorship justifies itself through client entertainment. Polo days, riding experiences, Argentine lunches and hospitality at events give your team real ways to use the partnership throughout the year.

The impact

What your support makes possible.

Every pound invested in Minninnooka goes directly into the development of young riders, horses and the next generation of horsemen and women.

Personal partnerships

These two partnerships create the most personal, visible and meaningful connection between sponsor and impact. Rather than supporting a programme in general, you walk alongside one rider or one horse through their journey.

Corporate experiences

Polo, horses and hospitality in Surrey.

Many of our partners choose Minninnooka not just through philanthropy, but because our experiences give them a genuinely distinctive way to reward staff, entertain clients and build relationships in a setting unlike any other.

Polo Experiences

Try polo or watch a match — from beginners' sessions to private chukka days with instruction, drinks and a full experience.

Team Building

Structured activities with horses that develop communication, leadership and trust in ways a conference room never can.

Riding Experiences

Guided riding sessions for all abilities, including those who have never been on a horse. Structured, safe and genuinely memorable.

Client Entertainment

Private polo days, yard tours and bespoke hospitality for clients and key relationships. Memorable, relaxed and effective.

Argentine Lunches

Authentic empanadas, milanesas and Argentine food served at the yard. A unique and outstanding hospitality backdrop.

Can we customise a package to suit our business?

Yes. Our packages are a starting point, not a fixed menu. We are happy to discuss bespoke arrangements that work better for your business — different splits of visibility, experiences and direct impact. Get in touch and we will find the right fit.

How do we know the money is being used well?

All partners receive regular updates on how their support is being used — competition results, rider progress, horse development milestones and event invitations. Rider Development Partners receive a formal annual report alongside regular updates throughout the year.

Do we need to know anything about polo or horses?

Not at all. Many of our partners come to us with no equestrian background whatsoever. Part of what we offer is helping you understand and enjoy the world you are supporting — and that starts from day one.

Can the corporate experiences be booked separately from a sponsorship?

Yes. Corporate experiences — polo days, riding sessions, Argentine lunches and hospitality — can be booked independently. Get in touch to discuss what you are looking for and we will put together a proposal.

How many Founding Partner places remain?

The Founding Partners Programme is limited to ten businesses. Get in touch directly to find out current availability — this is the most time-sensitive opportunity we offer.
